Bravestation heralds from the small town of Toronto and evoke the spirits of Interpol, Yeasayer, Wolf Parade, The Killers (without the ego).

If New Wave had started out in the Canadian wilderness, the result would probably resemble this Toronto-based band's dreamy, complex sound. Bravestation manages to mix the dark with the free-spirited; they blend folk-influences with synthesizers, and are able to be playful while displaying considerable musical skill.
